Lumi Counselling partners with professionals who support children, adolescents, and families.
I provide evidence informed, developmentally appropriate counselling with a calm, collaborative approach.

Referrals are welcome from GPs, schools, paediatricians, allied health professionals, youth services, and community organisations.

Who I Work With

Children, adolescents, and families, including support around:

  • Anxiety and worry

  • Emotional regulation and big feelings

  • Behavioural challenges

  • Trauma and adverse experiences

  • School related stress and transitions

  • Family and relational difficulties

  • Identity, confidence, and self worth

Support is tailored to the child or young person’s developmental stage and individual needs.

Availability
Currently accepting waitlist referrals. Referral timelines will be communicated clearly.

Fees and Rebates
Private fees apply. Medicare, NDIS, and third party arrangements will be outlined during intake where relevant.

My work is grounded in evidence based practice and delivered in a way that feels safe, engaging, and appropriate for children and young people.

Approaches may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT informed)

  • Play based and creative interventions

  • Narrative and strengths based approaches

Sessions are paced carefully, with a strong focus on relationship, trust, and regulation.
