WHAT MAKES TEAMLIGHT DIFFERENT?
At Lumi Counselling, I spend my days supporting children, young people, and families directly. But I also know that the adults around those kids; teachers, agency staff, coaches, community leaders; play a massive role in how kids grow and thrive.
That’s where TeamLight comes in. Think of it as Lumi’s training and development arm. Instead of theory-heavy lectures, I focus on practical tools, honest conversations, and strategies you can actually use the very next day.
