Lumi works alongside schools to support children, adolescents, families, and staff with practical, strengths based mental health support that is relational, proactive, and tailored to each community.
Through individual sessions, small group programs, parent partnerships, and staff collaboration, Lumi focuses on building emotional awareness, resilience, regulation skills, and confidence.
The goal is simple. To create environments where young people feel safe, understood, and equipped with tools they can actually use in real life, while schools feel supported rather than stretched.
Targeted, one to one support for students experiencing:
• Anxiety and school avoidance
• Emotional regulation difficulties
• Behaviour challenges
• Social confidence concerns
• Adjustment or transition stress
Sessions focus on building insight, practical coping strategies, and emotional regulation skills that support progress both in the classroom and at home.

Clear Referral Pathway
Lumi follows a transparent and respectful referral process designed to protect students, families, and schools.
School identifies a concern and discusses support options with parents
Parent or guardian provides consent and contacts Lumi
Intake and initial assessment are completed
Ongoing communication occurs where appropriate and agreed
Confidentiality is prioritised, and communication is guided by consent and professional standards.
